This was the perfect spot for a family getaway to the coast. Just steps from the beach and perfect location to watch the sunset over the intracoastal. We felt at home right away and the house is well set up with everything you need to cook and clean. Would love to stay again!

This was our second year at Dock House. We love the house and dock. Hope to be able to visit again in the future.

This was our third year in a row staying at The Dock House, we have always been very pleased with the house, it's furnishings and all of the accoutrements included.

This is house is in a great location. It has everything that you could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated. It has plenty of space. Wonderful views!

Excellent Location for this amazing house! Well built, great appliances and aesthetics throughout the house. With a very cozy home like feel! Just a mile down the road from great day and night life fun! Walking distance to the beach and only a 25 minute drive into Wilmington! I highly recommended this place and will most certainly be going back!

Great location and nice amenities.

The house had everything our group needed, and more! Spotless house, well appointed kitchen. So happy to have plenty of towels/beach towels. Access to beach items/kayaks/bikes were an added plus. Everything was thoughtfully chosen for vacation renters’ needs. Furniture, beds, kitchen items all quality- we didn’t feel like we were in a house only set up for renters- it felt like we were in a “real” home. Perfect family vacation!

Great house in a nice location. House was as advertised in the pictures with no surprises. Walkable to pretty much anywhere on in Wrightsville beach. Comfortable beds with linens provided. Nice amenities with the dock and kayaks. Nice kitchen appliances and grill.
